The TAD Project is increasing mental health equity by lowering the barriers to accessing professional, social, and individual mental health support. Help support our community work towards bringing you best in class digital mental health tools and resources.
“It is so important that people feel comfortable sharing their feelings and it is even more important that their loved ones are prepared to provide the best help and care possible. The TAD Project can make that happen.” Smitha R.
The TAD community is all about breaking the stigma that surrounds depression and suicide. People shouldn’t feel ashamed of their mental health challenges, and instead, have a future that is hopeful and completely stigma-free. Even though our goals are big, when we work together anything is possible.
No matter your race, gender, age, or religion, everyone deserves an opportunity to find quality care. Your support bolsters our ability to connect people with professional options.
Our digital tools support those experiencing a crisis as well as friends and family that seek ways to help. All of these tools are created with influence from top mental health experts.
Our contributor stories are used to connect with those in crisis and scale empathy. Using a data-driven approach, we are able to connect with people in a nonjudgmental way, showing that there is hope.
If we are going to stop the stigma, we have to do the work. A big part of our programming is hosting small group conversations and bringing wellbeing events that allow candidness and humanity.
